I, Science

The science magazine of Imperial College

This week we discuss dementia and its impacts on society.

Dementia is a complex condition, affecting nearly 50 million people worldwide it’s important that we know the facts. Joined in the studio by Josie Clarkson and Cristina Coman, who have both worked with people with dementia as we tackle the unknowns of the condition. We look at dementia itself, the history, diagnosis, treatments, what is currently being done to support people living with dementia and carers, and the gaps in our system.

Catch us every week on IC radio between 5 and 6pm!
