I, Science

The science magazine of Imperial College

This week on I, Science Radio, we celebrate the anniversary of Stephen Hawking's death.

This week we celebrated the 1 year commemoration since Professor Stephen Hawking’s death, and talked about some of the exciting and outlandish theoretical work he produced. We looked at how he was a role model for those with disabilities pursuing a career in science, and each panel member talked about a famous scientist  with a disability whom had inspired them. We learned how Professor Hawking’s voice system worked, and some of the funny pranks he liked to play out.

Listen below and find the rest of our shows here.

Catch us next Monday at ICRadio.com from 5-6pm!

This week’s I, Science Radio show was hosted by Aaron Hadley and produced by Hilary Guite and Gina Degtyareva. We joined by guests Rachel Ng, Louis van der Linden, and May Vilailuck.
