In our interview with Professor Malamud, we discussed his paper on how human interactions with the environment can unintentionally create natural hazards, such as landslides, earthquakes, and floods.

We were very grateful to interview Professor Bruce Malamud at I, Science Radio this evening. Professor Malamud is a part of the Geography department at King’s College London and specialises in natural and environmental hazards. In this interview, we discuss his paper “Anthropogenic processes, natural hazards, and interactions in a multi-hazard framework” (2017) and how human interactions with the environment can unintentionally create natural hazards, such as landslides, earthquakes, and floods.
