Harvard professor Amy Cuddy has studied how we can be our strongest selves in challenging situations. Her Ted talk on power-posing had over 27 million views, making it the second most-watched Ted talk.

Here she will explain the science underlying it and teach us how to become self-assured in high-pressure moments.
